The apartment is located at the Born area, nowadays the most famous and trendy district in Barcelona. In this old genuine but renovated district you will find, besides a great variety of restaurants and bars, many of Barcelona’s most important sightseeing spots, such as the Picasso Museum, the Ciutadella Parc with its famous Barcelona Zoo, the beautiful Santa Maria del Mar Church and the magnificent Palau de la Música, a theatre designed by the famous catalán architect Lluis Domenech I Muntaner. Also, you can visit here two famous city markets: El Mercat Del Born, where archaeological rests from the medieval century have been recently found, and the modern market El Mercat Santa Caterina, designed by the famous catalan architect Enric Miralles.

Anonymous: 12/10/2008; Just 5 minutes of a walk away from Placa de Catalunya, the apartment is located perfectly in the centre of Barcelona. It was really cousy and we really enjoyed our stay with you. Only negative aspects (which don t really have an impact on your stay in Barcelona) : There is only 1 window (even if it s big) and no dishwasher...

Anonymous: 06/08/2008; Wonderful location (20-25 min walk till beach & till BCN Port, 20 min walk till Rambla, 5 min walk till Ciutadella Parc, actually rich of activities area). Apartment is in old building, and You will live there absolutely such native. From the balcony (3d floor) that faces on small street, you`ll see how live catalns (not the crowd of tourust) !;) Very impressive! :)

Ilva van Elk: 29/10/2007; I stayed in the appartment Picasso. Everything was perfect, except that there was no place in the bathroom to hang up your wet towel after you used it. So please, attach a hook somewhere on the wall.
