The apartment is located at the Barceloneta, which used to be a fishermen’s neighborhood and was built in the 18th century over past sea lands that housed the city’s old port in the 15th century. Belonging to Barcelona’s Ciutat Vella district, this area is very well known for its variety of harbour’s sea food restaurants, that you will find along a boulevard that connects Barcelona’s six centric beaches, starting from the old port (Port Vell), all the way down to the modern Villa Olímpica.

Anonymous: 01/03/2010; l appartement est petit mais bien rénové. Très bien situé dans la ville. Il manque au niveau matériel une cafetière et un peu plus d ustensiles pour cuisiner.Problème d humidité un peu gênant. La proximité des commerces dont le marché est bien appréciable. Le front de mer est rapidement accessible à pied.

Anonymous: 17/02/2010; El apartamento esta muy bien, pero nos tocaron dias de frio y le falta un poquito de calefaccion en algunas partes del apartamento. La situacion es ideal, en un barrio tranquilo y muy cercano al metro para moverte por el resto de Barcelona.
