Known as the oldest part of Barcelona’s town, Ciutat Vella groups the areas of El Born, El Barri Gòtico, El Raval and La Barceloneta. In the Raval, one of the most eclectic and multi-cultural neighbourhoods of the city, you will find plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and leisure spots, such as the MACBA (Barcelona’s Contemporary Art Museum) or any of its modern art galleries. Also, you can visit the Sant Antoni Market for fresh groceries or walk further to Las Ramblas to the famous La Boquería Market.
