The apartment is located at The Rambla area, one of the most famous streets of Barcelona. With a 2 km extension, this picturesque avenue stretches out from Plaza Catalunya to the port of Barcelona. Along its way, you will find small flower and animal shops, news stands and a great variety of street artists. Also, you will be able to visit there the famous food market La Boquería, the Liceu theatre, Antonio Gaudí’s Palau Güell and the Plaza Real square, with its famous lanterns also designed by Gaudí. At the end you will come up with the magnificent statue of Christopher Columbus and just a few steps ahead you will find the Maritime Museum, the modern Maremagnum complex (with plenty of bars, restaurants and discotheques), Barcelona’s Aquarium and the IMAX cinema.

Donald Macdiarmid: 19/03/2008; Licue 2 is so close to the Ramblas that you can taste the atmosphere. The surrounding areas are full of exciting bars and restaurants to explore and enjoy, and for the Ramblas and its activities, it is fantastic.
