The apartment is located in the Eixample Dreta district, designed by Ildefons Cerdà in the 19th Century. The Eixample is a unique area where you can find the most outstanding of the modernist architecture, such a Gaudi’s SAGRADA FAMILIA  church, LA PEDRERA , CASA BATLLÓ and CASA MILLÁ.
Just a few steps from the apartment, you will find the “Paseo de Gracia” Avenue, well know for its fashionable shops of famous brands and a great variety of “tapas” bars and sophisticated restaurants and walking just a few streets down you will find one of the most populars districts in Barcelona, EL BORN, with its famous church SANTA MARIA DEL MAR  and the PICASO MUSEUM.
Likewise in the Eixample you will find others places of interest in Barcelona as the NATIONAL THEATRE OF CATALUNYA, the MONUMENTAL  bullring, L’AUDITORI and the AGBAR TOWER and also a variety of cinemas, theatres and other amusement places.
The location of our apartment is unsurpassable, in a nice and calm neighborhood  but  only a few minutes from the OLYMPIC PORT, the BEACH and in heart of the city centre.

As regards transport, is very well communicated, with metro stops Marina (L1, red) and Monumental (L2, purple) just 200 meters. In addition, 300 meters from the flat is the Nord station, bus station where arrive buses from Girona airport as well as from other parts of Spain and neighboring countries. It lies about 20 minutes by subway (L1, red) of the airbus stop coming from the airport.
