The apartment is located in Guinardó district, between L’Eixample and Gracia, just behind the emblematic Hospital de Sant Pau, initiated on 1902 under the project of Lluís Doménech i Montaner. This represents one of the most relevant examples of the Catalan modernism, declared World Heritage by UNESCO on the 1997. The apartment is also very close to Sagrada Familia temple, work of the architect Antonio Gaudí and it is also well communicated with Park Güell and the city centre.
Guinardó district has been always a neighbourhood with a very intense and associative life. A good example of it is the Community Center which was the first on this category in the city.
However, Guinardó keeps on having a residential atmosphere. Going up to the hill, you will find Guinardó park, the green lung of the area with gardens by Forestier (1916) and Rubió i Tudurí (1920).
