L’apartament es troba ubicat a l’àrea de la Rambla, el carrer més cosmopolita de Barcelona que, amb els seus 2 km de longitud, s’estén des de Plaça Catalunya fins el Port de Barcelona. Al llarg d’aquest trajecte vostè es trobarà amb pintorescos quioscos de revistes, floristeries, petites botigues d’animals i una gran varietat d’artistes. A més, podrà visitar el famós mercat de La Boqueria, el teatre Liceu, el impressionant Palau Güell, dissenyat per el reconegut arquitecte català Antoni Gaudí, i la Plaça Reial, amb les seves faroles, també dissenyades per Gaudí. Al final del recorregut, podrà admirar el impressionant monument a Colom, estàtua del qual el representa amb el braç estès assenyalant cap al mar. A poques passes d’allà, trobarà el Museu Marítim, el modern complex Maremagnum (un espai ple de bars, restaurants i discoteques), l’Aquari de Barcelona i el cinema de gran format IMAX.

    The apartment was very clean and the contact Monica was very pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect for our stay as we were predominately based around the city centre for the week so it was a ideal, although a little noisy at night which is to be expected with a central location. The apartment was well furnished although a proper toaster would have been appreciated and there was definitely not enough hot water for 4 people to shower in the morning. However, overall a very nice apartment and highly recommended!

    Perfect location and 2 balcony with Rambla view. Apartment is good and big for up to 4 persons. There is what you need and everyting is clean. You are in the middle of centre and its safe and a small lift (you have to close the inside doors). We stayed for 6 days in Rambla D (21-26/12) 3 persons and we could check out late (17.00) without extra costs. Thanks a lot Pol.
    We are very satisfield with our stay and would chose the apartment again.

    Great location smack in the heart of Las Ramblas. Internet was intermittent. Noisy, but a small price to pay for a central location.

    Aerobus from/to airport is just a 5 min walk to the square.

    We are 4 girls from Poland. Super location in the middle of La Rambla. Was a bit noisy but still OK. We walked around las Ramblas until late midnight, and enjoyed the bars, the apartment was clean, which is very important to us, we are not looking for lu#ury, but for a decent clean place, and this one was more than I e#pected.

    i give the apartment a mark of 5 out of 5, even thought the noise from the street at night is ... sometimes too noisy :)
    the location makes all the money.
    the apartment is nice an cozy.

    The location was perfect and the owner was lovely. The apartment was really clean with decent equipment. Quite noisy but that is the price you pay for such a central location!

    From the booking to the end of stay was pure delight, Maria and her brother was most kind and met our request. the apartment was clean, nice and very central. We truly enjoyed our stay even if it was in january. Zlatan scored and we were happy all week!

    + The location was the best possible! It was near to the supermarket, metro and the main square of Barcelona. The apartment was cosy and clean!. Overally, we were totally happy and satisfied with the choice we have made.

    - The hot water for shower was not enough for 5 persons. The sofa bed was not really bed but sofa! Was a bit noisy but still OK. The contact person could be more professional.

    The location of this place is unbeatable even if it does get noisy. Very convenient and comfortable and a great plus to have wifi.

    The apartment is ideally located at the beginning of the Ramblas near Placa Catalunya, well furnished, clean and nicely laid out. You can peer out two balconies to watch the 24-hr action on the Ramblas.

    Both apartment and location were fantastic! Although 5 coffee-cups (instead of american coffe-buckets) and 5 wine-glasses would have been nice!

    Wonderful stay at Rambla D for 6 nights. Location was ideal and that is very important to us when we travel. Apartment was roomy and very clean. Noisy at night, yes, very, but with earplugs no problem at all. Maria made our arrival and access to the apartment a very smooth process and she was very generous with her time and explained much to us and answered a lot of questions...she couldn t have been more welcoming...she is a sweetheart.
    We do wish that we could have prepaid the entire amount for our stay with a credit card or paypal...needing to arrive with so much cash in hand is very inconvenient when traveling. It would also have been nice had there been a hair dryer. Bottom line is however that we highly recommend this apartment as well as this rental agency. Jack and Carol in Austin, TX

    Maria and Pablo were very professional, informative and dependable. They took care of all our needs, answered all our questions and were on time to meet us upon arrival and departure. The unit s location is excellent. Anything you might need is within a short walking distance. We were 4 women, ages 46-70, traveling alone. We felt safe at all times.

    Positive: well equipped living and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, spacious enough, nice small balcony with side view on Rambla near Plaza Catalunya... clean, good furniture, nice location, perfect receipt. Only 3 minor details: 1. fire escape in this building except for the roof ? 2. noisy neighbourhood... noise comes into the bedrooms from the street, even at 3 stories high (people going out till early morning hours... no problem for me and our baby but maybe for light sleepers). 3. No direct sunlight into appartment (the way the Spanish like it, but do you?). All in all very good value for money and good service from Maria! Michael from Holland

    Ringraziamo moltissimo sia Maria che la sua mamma, che ora non mi ricordo il nome, per la cortese accoglienza e disponibilità.
    Ci siamo trovati veramente bene su tutto. L appartamento era ok e la posizione ottima.
    Vi ringraziamo molto e se dovessimo tornare a Barcellona sicuramente torneremo qui.

    The appartment is in a very good location directly on Las Ramblas. Everything was in very good condition! Beds were really comfortable. The appartment has everything we needed. due to its wonderful location we nearly reached eersything by foot. We will definitly take this apprtment again for our next trip to BCN!
