El apartamento está ubicado en el área de La Rambla, la calle más cosmopolita de Barcelona que, con sus 2 km de longitud, se extiende desde Plaza Catalunya hasta el puerto de Barcelona. A lo largo de este trayecto usted se encontrará con pintorescos quioscos de revistas, floristerías, pequeñas tiendas de animales y una gran variedad de artistas. Además, podrá visitar el famoso mercado de La Boquería, el teatro Liceu, el impresionante Palau Güell, diseñado por el renombrado arquitecto catalán Antonio Gaudí, y la Plaça Reial, con sus hermosas lámparas, también diseñadas por Gaudí. Al final del recorrido, podrá admirar el impresionante monumento a Colón, cuya estatua lo representa con el brazo extendido señalando hacia el mar. A pocos pasos de allí, encontrará el Museo Marítimo, el moderno complejo Maremagnum (un espacio lleno de bares, restaurantes y discotecas), el Acuario de Barcelona y el cinema de gran formato IMAX.

It has all the amenities you need for staying in the city, except an oven (but you can live without that for a week!). Best thing for self catering was that there was a large supermarket 2mins away on the Ramblas and a smaller corner shop just outside the front gate to the road.
We were met at the apartment and the checking in process was fine (15EUR fee).
Something to bear in mind if you had 4 people sharing, is that the en suite shower room is off the twin bedroom. Also when we arrived the bed covers were feather so make sure you let them know if you have allergies.
