L´appartement est situé dans la zone du Born, actuellement un petit village le plus populaire de Barcelone. Dans ce quartier traditionnel mais bien aménagé, vous pourrez profiter d´une grande variété de cafés, bars et restaurants, tous très pittoresques, ainsi que de principaux sites d´intérêt historico-culturel offerts par la ville, tels que le Musée Picasso, l´église Santa Maria del Mar ou le magnifique Palau de la Musique, un théâtre dont le plan a été dessiné par le fameux architecte catalan Lluis Doménech I Muntaner. À quelques minutes de marche vous pourrez visiter le superbe Parc de la Ciutadella, où se trouve le Zoo de la ville et deux marchés barcelonais très fameux : le traditionnel Mercat del Born, où tout récemment on a trouvé des restes archéologiques de l´époque médiévale et le Mercat Santa Caterina, dont les plans très modernes sont l´œuvre de Enric Miralles, un architecte catalan très reconnu à niveau international.

    We stayed in Born Princesa for one week in november. The apartment is in the best area, full of interesting shops, artgalleries, bars and restaurants. The area and apartmentbuilding feels safe and the apartment is perfect for a couple. The nearest metro is one block away, you can easily walk to the beach. We will rent it again if we go back to lovely Barcelona.

    Great location! Nice, clean apartment. Laundry machine was very convenient. The one window was great for people watching, but wish there was more sunlight. Also wish there was a landline phone.

    Great location for walking the city. Equidistant to: Las Ramblas, La Famila Sagrada, beach/Barcelleta. I had a fantastic stay in this unit. Clothes washer worked well; air dry on the clothes-line at the window. Cooking facilities were top notch considering the size of the unit. Landmark for getting there- unit is one short block from the Picasso Museum off Avenida Princessa. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

    Great location in the heart of the Born district - and though it s in a high density area...was relatively quiet i.e. not on a Main St.

    I stayed in this apartment last year as well. Overall same experience but enjoyed the washing machine that worked this time and the television that both never worked last time. The shower drain was also very slow so regular checking would be beneficial. Air conditioning (or lack of ) was a bigger issue this year and would most likely be the main reason for not choosing this apartment again in summer. Overall god experience and i would look at Lodging in Barcelona again next year as i plan on returning.

    A delightful light and airy apartment - great location (just need to keep alert even in the little square below the apartment, as it is near the Picasso Museum).

    Just 5 minutes of a walk away from Placa de Catalunya, the apartment is located perfectly in the centre of Barcelona. It was really cousy and we really enjoyed our stay with you. Only negative aspects (which don t really have an impact on your stay in Barcelona) : There is only 1 window (even if it s big) and no dishwasher...

    Wonderful location (20-25 min walk till beach & till BCN Port, 20 min walk till Rambla, 5 min walk till Ciutadella Parc, actually rich of activities area). Apartment is in old building, and You will live there absolutely such native. From the balcony (3d floor) that faces on small street, you`ll see how live catalns (not the crowd of tourust) !;) Very impressive! :)

    Everything was great, except the TV that didn t work and there wasn t any radio or DVD moovie to substitute that (we coundn t rent one as videoclubs are only for people who actually live in BCN).

    At first thanks for a perfect stay. We had a very nice 'host' and all went well. Apartment Picasse was located in a superb area. The arrangement from you company was very professional. We will for sure come back - price was moderate and Barcelona is a wonderful city.

    I stayed in the appartment Picasso. Everything was perfect, except that there was no place in the bathroom to hang up your wet towel after you used it. So please, attach a hook somewhere on the wall.
