L´appartement est situé dans la zone de La Barceloneta, connue aussi comme le vieux quartier des pêcheurs de Barcelone. Ce quartier a été construit au XVIIIe siècle sur des terrains gagnés à la mer lesquels, en principe, logeaient le vieux port et la ville au XVe siècle. Aujourd´hui cette zone a été incorporée à la Ciutat Vella, La Barceloneta est reconnue par ces nombreux restaurants, dans lesquels vous pouvez goûter de délicieux plats méditerranéens, situés tout au long du boulevard qui met en rapport les six plages qui se trouvent au centre de Barcelone, depuis l´ancien port (“Port Vell”) jusqu´à la moderne Ville Olympique.

    Apartment location was great, it was clean and had all the necessary features to cook and enjoy our stay - good value for money.

    Location is perfect 5 min to promenade and metro. Peaceful but if you wish stores, market place, cash dispenser restaurant and cafeteria with fresh bread and very good coffee in the morning all they are just behind the corner.
    Apartment OK. Smell of mustiness not nice but acceptable and when we kept the doors open for 10 min it was gone. We have been prepared for this so no disaffection. Well we have been only sleeping there although shortly. It was better to spend nights in the bars at lovely beach and days walking over Barcelona.

    l appartement est petit mais bien rénové. Très bien situé dans la ville. Il manque au niveau matériel une cafetière et un peu plus d ustensiles pour cuisiner.Problème d humidité un peu gênant. La proximité des commerces dont le marché est bien appréciable. Le front de mer est rapidement accessible à pied.

    El apartamento esta muy bien, pero nos tocaron dias de frio y le falta un poquito de calefaccion en algunas partes del apartamento. La situacion es ideal, en un barrio tranquilo y muy cercano al metro para moverte por el resto de Barcelona.

    Nice apartment, great location close to shopping center, restaurants etc.
    Well equipped clean and nice quite neighborhood close to the beach.
    Will return in my next stay.

    It did not feel at all like a tourist area, but we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. It was great to be so near the beach and lots of good places to shop and eat.
