L´appartement se trouve dans le quartier de l´Eixample Esquerra, voisin de la Place Espagne et à quelques mètres du terrain des foires et des conventions de Barcelone connu comme LA FIRA et de la montagne Montjuic tellement fameuse. Là vous pourrez trouver la Fondation Joan Miró, le pittoresque Poble Espanyol (construit pour l´expositions mondiale de 1929), le Stade Olympique et les magnifiques fontaines de Montjuic, qui offrent un spectacle grandiose de son et lumière toutes les fins de semaine. En outre, vous aurez l´occasion de visiter le Musée National d´Art de Catalunya (MNAC) ou bien de jouir d´un concert dans le grand Palau Sant Jordi.

    We had great time in Barcelona and the apartment was in safe area in Eixample. Although the apartment has seen the best days, it was ok for us.
    There was a good restaurant in the same building, Toscana, and the service was really nice there.
    Short way to the Fira fountains and Sants railway station + metros and not so far from the city center (20 mins by walk).

    The apartment was in a residential area. It was quiet and safe. It was spacious and well equiped. However, it was in need of decoration and the grouting in the bathrooms was very stained. The couch was also stained. Lovely quiet apartment - just needs a freshen up.

    Location of the appartment was great! Nice quiet area only a 10-15 stroll from La Ramblas (5mins on the metro). Appartment itself was very nice! For the price it was very comfortable and spacious - could easily sleep 6. Everything we needed (kitchen utensils, bed linen, fans, irons) were all provided. Would definitely recommend it!

    Very nice flat - clean and modern, with a well equiped kitchen. Free ADSL in the flat too. The location at Rocafort is great; its only 15 minutes walk or 2 metro stops from Universitat, which is basically the heart of the city and the flat is far enough away from the centre to feel safe from pickpockets etc and the noise associated with areas like the Raval and Barrio Gotic. Highly recommended.

    Buena ubicación, muy confortable, calentito y agradable. Todos en la familia nos sentimos muy cómodos. Ideal para reposar "como en casa" luego de recorrer una ciudad encantadora como Barcelona.

    The apartment is spatious, located in a good and quiet neighbourhood and many of the major sights can be reached by foot if you like walking.

    Great location getting out of Las Ramblas and into the area locals live. Great local restaurants and access to train.

    Tranquilo, bien ubicado y a un paso del centro. Mercadona proximo e Imagenio para niños con ganas de dibujos. Equipado con lo necesario. Solo necesita una mano de pintura y algun retoque en un baño. Lo pasamos bien en Barcelona.

    Location : This apartement is pretty close from the center of Barcelone.
    Appartement : design, clean, one of the two room is pretty big.

    This appartement is a very good deal for a short stay to enjoy Barcelona.

    A very clean apartmentand with enough comfort. There was somtime in the night an dog very loud barking, maybe he is dea already. The metro/subway is nearby, and within a walking distance from the national palace. Also enough supermarktes like Lidl
