L’appartamento é ubicato nella zona de La Rambla, la strada più cosmopolita di Barcellona. La Rambla, strada pittoresca di 2 chilometri, decorata con negozi di fiori e animali, stand di giornali e artisti mostrando il suo talento protendono dalla “Plaça Catalunya” fino al porto di Barcellona. Camminando tutto il lungo si trova il famoso mercato di cibo “La Boqueria”, il bello teatro “El Liceu”, l’impresionante “Palau Güell” disegnato per Antonio Gaudí e la “Plaza Real” decorato con le famose lampade anche di Gaudí. Al finale, guardando il mare, si troba la meravegliosa statua di Colombo. A pocchi passi si troba il museo Maritimo, ubicato nell’antica darsena, datata dal medievolo. Con un contrasto impresionante, troviamo anche il nuovo complesso del Maremagnum, pieno di bar, ristoranti e discoteche, il magnifico Aquarium e il cinema tridimensionale IMAX. Non molto lontano si trova il mare, occupando con 6 centriche spiaggie, un totale di 4,2 km di territorio. Dalla prospettiva dal turista, lo storico centro della città, con le sue piccole strade medievale, bar, terrazze e ristoranti, sia probabilmente il distritto più interessante di Barcellona.

    Location was great. Nearby market proved to be a blessing. Everything you could ask for was within walking distance.

    It was the world s most charming appartment with beautiful Spanish tiles to walk barefooted on, cosy balconies where we drank our morning coffee watching people slide by and a really sweet owner that felt more as a friend. Very central, in the heart of the old town, spacious and well equipped, for the 7 days we were there we felt like home. It had a genuine Spanish atmosphere that goes well with the city. Deffinitely going back to Barcelona!

    The location was super convenient to everything, the metro, market, Gothic area and Playa de Catalunya. Alberto was very accomodating.

    Good location, more quiet then directlty on Rambla however those who prefer to sleep in total quiet should find another place.
    Appartment is nice but note that it is 5th floor (1st and 2nd floor not counted).
    Also note that there is no dishwasher.
    Otherwise perfect for stay in Barcelona

    The owner of the apartment, Alberto, was very attentative and courteous! I recommend this apartment to anyone that is visiting Barcelona. The owner makes you feel comfortable. It is like staying with a friend. Thank you!

    A comfortable flat with character. Excellent location and a friendly and helpful owner. The only downside was the number of stairs. It is also worth asking Alberto to explain how the lighting system works as twice we were left in pitch blackness half way up.

    My wife and I loved Barcelona. We felt right at home and much of that had to do with having an apartment in the heart of the Ramblas.
    Our apartment in BCN was very large and it was sad to return to the states to our tiny one bedroom apartment!
    We can t wait to get back and we will use your company again. I have spread the word and I hope you get plenty of business based on recommendation.
