L’appartamento si trova nella zona di “La Rambla”, la via più cosmopolita di Barcellona che con i suoi 2 km di lunghezza, va da “Plaza Catalunya” fino al porto di Barcellona. Lungo questo percorso, Lei troverà suggestive edicole, fiorai, piccoli negozi di animali e una gran varietà di artisti. Si può inoltre visitare il famoso mercato di “La Boqueria”, il teatro Liceu, lo straordinario Palau Güel, disegnato dal famoso architetto catalano Antonio Gaudí, e la “Plaça Reial”, con i suoi bellissimi lampadari, disegnati anche da Gaudí. Alla fine del percorso potrà ammirare l’impressionante monumento a Colombo, rappresentato da una statua con il braccio in alto indicando il mare. A pochi metri si trova il Museo Marittimo, il moderno complesso Maremagnum (uno spazio pieno di bar, ristoranti e disco), l’Acquario di Barcellona e il cinema di gran formato IMAX.

    The apartment is unique - there is an ancient old-school elevator (like in old movies) and access to the roof, from which you can see lots of sights and even the sea. Also, there were lots of glasses for any type of drink! :D

    The apartment location afforded access to the subway at one of the main stations only a few blocks from the apartment (Catalunya). We could look out the window onto Las Ramblas, and each evening would go the roof with a glass of wine and some cheese/tapas to watch the night crowds. Barcelona is a beautiful city at night.

    The owner was very friendly. The apartment was clean, modern, and adequate for the price. However, I had a problem with the limited availability of hot water. The elevator wasn t working the evening we were there, and it was a huge amount of steps we had to climb with a stroller and baby. Overall, the apartment was okay, hopefully the roach and water problem is resolved.

    The apartment is in a fantastic location and is very clean and compact. The only problem was the noise! The location seemed to be in an area where every night clubber, in Barcelona hung out after the had been out for a night, where they sang, cheered and continued to party until sunlight! Apart from that the apartment was perfect!

    Great location and a cozy apartment. The bed was really nice for my girlfriend but a bit too short for me. And the apartment was really noisy at night, even on weekdays.

    great sized appartment for 3 people, great location and view - really clean - comfortable beds... in nice old building directly on the ramblas.

    Only thing is its quite noisy from the street in the evening and in the morning -

    for the price especially, would recommend this place!

    The apartment which we stayed from 21st November to 28th November. The location was good, it, spacious, but noisy in certain night likes friday and saturday around 2.30 - 4.00 a.m.

    The "3" in question # 4 is solely due to the too soft mattresses in our apartment, which we found were capable of providing back-problems.
