O apartamento está localizado na área de La Rambla, a rua mais cosmopolita de Barcelona, que vai desde a Plaza Catalunya até o porto da cidade. Ao longo deste percurso você vai encontrar bancas pitorescas, floristas, lojas de animais de pequeno porte e uma variedade de artistas. Além disso, você pode visitar o famoso mercado La Boqueria, o Teatro Liceu, o impressionante Palau Güell, projetado pelo renomado arquiteto catalão Antonio Gaudí, e o Real Plaza, com suas belas lâmpadas, também projetado por Gaudí. No final do passeio, você pode admirar o impressionante monumento Colombo, cuja estátua aponta para o mar. A poucos passos de distância, está o Museu Marítimo, o moderno complexo Maremagnum (um espaço cheio de bares, restaurantes e casas noturnas), o Aquário de Barcelona e o cinema IMAX.

It has all the amenities you need for staying in the city, except an oven (but you can live without that for a week!). Best thing for self catering was that there was a large supermarket 2mins away on the Ramblas and a smaller corner shop just outside the front gate to the road.
We were met at the apartment and the checking in process was fine (15EUR fee).
Something to bear in mind if you had 4 people sharing, is that the en suite shower room is off the twin bedroom. Also when we arrived the bed covers were feather so make sure you let them know if you have allergies.
