Request availability and confirmation

Please, check the availability of the apartments in LODGING IN BARCELONA by introducing your interesting dates (arrival, departure), number of people, area .

You will get a list of apartments available on your interesting dates including all the reservations details (price, reservation fee, etc.).

Booking & payment.

Press on 'Details & Book' on the apartment of your interest. Then click on 'Book now' and complete the online booking form. To book the apartment we will charge a 20% reservation fee. This can be done by credit card or bank transfer.

Once you complete and confirm the information requested, click on 'Buy Now' and complete the information requested by Paypal (security system for credit card payment).

In case you have chosen 'bank transfer' to do the payment, a copy of the transaction made has to be sent to us as soon as possible. The reservation will not be confirmed until we receive this bank transfer details by e-mail or fax. Please note that in any case the transfer costs must be paid by the client and should never be deducted from the total payment.

For credit card payments other then by Paypal, a Credit Card Authorization form, sent by Lodging in Barcelona on request of the client, has to be filled out and returned signed, as soon as possible to us by fax or e-mail together with a copy of your passport or identity card. The reservation will only be FULLY EFFECTIVE when the signed Credit Card Authorization form for the 20% booking deposit and the copy of your passport or identity card is received by fax or mail. Once we received both, the booking confirmation e-mail will be sent to the client.

• The minimum stay can vary between 2 and 3 days. For shorter reservations, please check with Lodging in Barcelona.

• The advance payment is necessary to complete your reservation. The remaining part of the payment 80% together with the cleaning fee must be paid in CASH upon arrival.

• Please note that the 20% reservation deposit is non-refundable. For fully paid reservations please see our cancellation policy in the terms and conditions section.
